The helmet shown here is not a fire helmet. The olive steel helmet was developed in 1926 and used in the Spanish Civil War. The inner helmet consists of three double-tongued leather straps. A design that was common in Europe at the time.

Fire helmet from Spain. The steel helmet of the Spanish Army was introduced in 1942 under the name Z-42. The helmet was based on the then German steel helmets. He was also worn by the Spanish fire brigades. However, a civilian color scheme such as red or white was customary then.
