Fire helmet from Germany. Manufacturer of the helmet is the company Tempex GmbH from Germany. The helmet is a heat protection helmet with chest and neck protection for airfield fire departments of the German Bundeswehr (Army). He was produced 06/1987. The lightweight fiberglass helmet has inside a simple inner helmet made of polycarbonate stripes. The chin strap made of fabric has a two-point attachment. The helmet-mounted, aluminized protective collar was riveted to the lower edge of the helmet. The visor made of aluminum has a very thick Plexiglas disc which is gold vaporized. The company manufactures today (2017) helmets and clothing for work safety. See also helmet number 0121, Great Britain. |
