870/1 Fire helmet from the Czech Republic. Manufacturer is the company ERGON n.p. The company Ergon is located in Prague. The helmet type is called "VEL II". The helmet is available with different versions of the fronts and comb colors. Here a brass front panel was installed. The red helmet comb is for officers. Firefighters have a black comb. For details on the helmet see helmets number 0072, Slovakia and 0629, Czech Republic. The inscription in this helmet is as follows: Front inside: I 76 - VEL II. - V0173 / E / 75 - VB 75115 - in a triangle the letters LNH. I 76 is the first quarter of 1976. The helmets are produced since the beginning of 1970. At the back inside is written "Slowakye 940518". On a sticker inside is: "ERGON n.p. 1279 " 870/2 Fire helmet from the Czech Republic. The white polycarbonate helmet was manufactured by Ergon N.P. Papirenska 1, 16610 Praha 6. The helmet has the designation PZ II, more precisely the factory designation 0296 / e / 83.
