0792 Fire helmet from former Czechoslovakia. Information about this steel helmet M30 from 1930 can be found at helmet 0319, Czech Republic. In opposite to helmet 0319, that bears the first coat of arms, this helmet has another badge on the front. It shows the so-called "middle coat of arms".

After the dissolution of Austria-Hungary and after provisional arrangements in the first two years since the founding of the Czechoslovak Republic, the three kinds of the country's coat of arms were made with the constitution on 29 February 1920, There was a small, middle and large coat of armes. This coats of arms were used in the period between 1920 and 1960. The middle coat of arms contains the coats of arms of the state parts of Slovakia, Carpathians Ukraine, Moravia and Silesia, and in front of it the Bohemian animal, the lion.
