Fire helmet from South Korea. The company is SanCheong. The model is called: SCA1205R. The helmet was produced in March 2015 and it was presented for the first time at the trade fair Interschutz 2015 in Hanover, Germany. In South Korea, the helmet was produced and used since 2010. The helmet should replace the helmets SCA-PH-01 (1205-AN) made by SanCheong. See helmet 0332 South Korea. The SCA1205R is the first model to provide extended side protection. The helmet is designed for use in fire fighting. The manufacturer describes the helmet as follows: - SCA1205R designed to protect head under the most extreme circumstances as exposure to flame, high heat radiation, sunlight, rain and cold etc. - SCA1205R offers high performance, unique and functional design features along with superior protection, fit and comfort - SCA1205R guarantees advanced protection with ergonomic inner lining made of flame resistant fabric and impact resistant face shield.
