Fire helmet from Germany. The bright yellow helmet was made by the New Zealand helmet manufacturer Pacific Helmets Ltd. The model is A3K / 2. In 2015 there is the successor model A3V4 / R3V4 / KIWI. The helmets are pure rescue helmets and designed specifically for this purpose. The helmet was produced in March 2003. The head size can be adjusted from 54-62cm. The valid standard is EN443. The helmet was used on a German rescue vehicle in the Rhineland. Various stickers are attached to the helmet. The company Pacific Helmets Ltd. describes the helmet as follows: Lightweight Kevlar© Shell Hi-gloss paint finish (Standard colours) PU impact liner c/w leather headband Ratchet dial size adjustment 54-62cm 3 point Polyester chinstrap c/w Q/R Buckle Certified to EN443 Exceeds ANSI Z89.1 and AS1801 |
