Fire helmet from Switzerland. For details of the helmet, see helmet 479 Switzerland. The helmet was made in size 3. This corresponds to a head size of 53-63cm. On the headband, the DIN 4840 and the manufacturer Römer are specified. In contrast to helmet 479, the three-piece, leather inner helmet is not installed here, but a size-adjustable inner helmet made of plastic. The helmet was made later than helmet 479. The helmets should have been sampled with the introduction of the new helmet generations of Teled and Schuberth (see Helmets 81/398). A wearing period from 1965 to 1970 seems appropriate. |
