Fire helmet of the Swiss Federal Railroad (SBB). The helmet, worn in Zurich, corresponds to the iron plate helmets as they were worn in Basel. The helmet is light blue on the outside and inside. This differs from the black helmets of the professional fire brigades. This helmet form (Florentine form) was created in 1930. For further details on the helmet, see section 126 Switzerland. |
