| 0588 | German 3-piece air helmet M38 from sheet metal. Produced 1938. On the front the air raid swing emblem. The usual print on the inside, which is limited the sale on 8, - Reichsmark, is not present here. A corresponding decree was given by the Prussian Prime Minister Field Marshal Göhring on 07/02/1940. (See helmet 0008, Germany). Here we read: sales authorized under § 8 Air Protection Act. Head size 54. The stamped production number is RL 2 - 38/28. RL 2 - 38/28 represents the manufacturer "Paul Diener, Dresden. The helmet has no possibility to attach a neck leather. The air raid wings emblem is mounted in gold. There were also badges in Silver.
