| 0420 | Polish fire helmet. The silver helmet was in use in the 1970s. The helmet is made of fiberglass. He is in opposite to helmet number 62 already clearly shorter at the neck shield, the inner helmet and chin strap is more modern and it can be a fastended aneck protection. With its shape, it lies very close to the successor helmet (see helmet no. 327) wich is made from polycarbonate. The helmet shelll is painted gray outside, inside is clearly visible, the yellowish substance of the glass fiber. At the front there is the metal badge of the Polish fire brigade wich was worn since in the days of the brass helmets in 1920. | |||||||
