| 0370 | American fire helm. Manufacturer is Cairns & Brothers, the Model 660-DD Phoenix produced on 03/27/1991. Used was the green-yellow helmet on a Dutch offshore / salvage operation. While the inner helmet, chin strap and neck protection is the same as the models 660-C (see helmets 24/69), the helmet bell is rather simple. The form is the same as the Model 660-C but without the edge protectors made of rubber, no metal eyelet at the rear and with an easier visor. | |||||||
