Solomon Islands Synthetic helmet (˜1992)

0348 Fire helmet of the Solomon Islands in the Pacific. The helmet is from the capital Honiara. The white helmet, manufactured by the Bullard Company, is made from plastic. The name of the type: Fire Dome II, FH2100. The matching visor has the name: FH-315-4 Polycarb Clear. The helmet complies with the U.S. NFPA 1972 and was built in July 1992. Inside the helmet is a Shock-absorption system appropriated. The inner helmet can be adjusted via a rotary knob on to the head size from 6.5 to 8, it is missing in this model. The chin strap is equipped with a quick release. Circumferentially on the helmet is attached a rubber strip on the rear end is a loop to hang the helmet. The neck protection cloth, which is mounted with 4 Velcro closures may be, is not available. The helmet seems to be not longer manufactured because it is not appearing on the manufacturers website.
