| 0285 | Cap of the Vigili Del Fuoco Del Stato Della Città Del Vaticano (Fire department of the Vatican). The cap was produced by the Italian company Mirage S.r.L, Via Pezzotti 50, 20141 Milano. The control number 5416 and the production date 31.12.1993 is indicated inside the cap. The cap is nevertheless new. The cap in size 58 made of olive green material has an eye umbrella of black synthetic material, inside green. The inside of the cap is red. On the outside a leather strap is attached, wich one is fastened by two small, golden cockades at the side. The Italian fire department emblem is shown on this. At the front the badge of the Vatican fire department. The 55 mm great badge made of full material (brass) is based on the badge of the Italian fire departments. The fire departments of Italy bore a number to the reconnaissance of the town in the circle under the flame for a long time, (for example: Rome 1, Turin 83), crosses are uniformly appropriate today. The fire department of the Vatican has there the badge of the Vatican like it also can be seen one the flag of the Vatican. | ||||||
