New Zealand Synthetic helmet (˜2004)

0250 Fire helmet from the company Pacific Helmets, New Zealand. The type is called F7 (F7AK/2 Mk 3B) and is here available in the short version. This short version is used mainly at the technical help or in the rescue service. The helmet is certified according to the EN443. The persistently lacquered, very light helmet from Kevlar, is a two bowl helmet with down collapsible short 2 mm strong eye protection from Polycarbonat and three point chinstrap. A blow absorption system is built-in inside. A flashlight UK4AA can be slid into the helmet bowl. The helmet is adjustable for head sizes of 54 to 62 cm over a trick screw. The flashlight, a neck guard and a 3 mm strong visor are optionally available.
