Czechia Synthetic helmet (˜1960)

0233 Fire helmet made of synthetic material. The white helmet is from Czechia and was used there in the city of Melnik at the professional fire department. Manufacturer of the helmet is the company Plastimat. The type is called PA-1. The size (Velikost) is indicated with 1. The helmet was in use in this form between 1950 till 1970. The voluntary fire departments wear this helmet at the international competitions (CTIF) only certainly today. The helmet form is the classic form of the Soviet army helmets (see also helmets Number 32 and 182). The inside helmet is made interesting relatively. As distance holders of the Headband to the helmet bowl hard foam materials are appropriate, between this the fastenings of the inside helmet are itself.
