0132 Fire helmet of the Kitchener Fire Department, Canada. The yellow Polycarbonathelm was the first helmet which the commanding officer of the station wore since 1976. The signature "Burgholder" is found on the a little strange neck protection. The on the outside gummed neck guard is closed like a hood inside. The helmet can be worn over a chinstrap which is fastened to the helmet directly or over a chinstrap which is fastened to the neck guard. The helmet in the typically American form, has similarity to the Swiss helmets at 1975. See helmets no. 4 and 81. The black characters "KFD" stand for Kitchener Fire Department on the front. Manufacturer of the helmet is the Canadian company "Safety Supply company", the type is call "Super Chieftain". One English- French language sticker showes the certification according to CSA standard Z94-1: Industrial Protective Headware, Calss D, Lable Series S4789, checked by the Quebec Department of Labour (department for work). The helmet between 1974 and 1976 was produced.
