Metal helmet, Viennese model from Austria. The very light, black metal helmet carries the typical Austrian cockscomb, on a broad flange. Helmets at 1926 already had no more lateral lion heads to fastening the storm strap. Helmets at 1890 with the lion heads and the storm strap still were, produced, however, from volcano fiber. The time of this helmet therefore lies someplace at 1900. The helmet has a double eagle at the front. The Front umbrella is green lacqueredly inside, the back one black. The inside helmet is got very well.
Question: To whom can the eagle be assigned?
